Direct contract with a client
After 1 year, you will have a direct contract with a client.
Start in a network
Begin in a network with peers and start building your network right away.

Do I need technical experience?
No, we train you. A technical background (MBO/HBO) is a plus.
Where will I work?
At one of our clients throughout the Netherlands. Your location will be tailored to your preference.
What happens after 2 years?
You may be taken on by the client, grow within Powerplant, or choose a different direction within our network.
What does the selection process look like?
Introductory interview, motivation interview, and a short case. We select based on motivation and soft skills, not just on CV.
